After an order is packed or handed over for delivery, cancellations are no longer possible and alternative support options may apply.

Cancellations must be requested before the order enters preparation for dispatch. 
Once packing or shipment begins, cancellations are not permitted. 
During festive seasons or promotional campaigns, cancellation windows may be shorter. You’ll be notified of such changes at checkout. 

How to Cancel an Order

Once your cancellation is accepted: 

• The refund will be processed to the same payment mode used during checkout.

Orders That Cannot Be Canceled
